RESOLUTION NO. 2001-4 ADOPTED January 9, 2001
A RESOLUTION: APPROVING THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF A STORM
SEWER EASEMENT WITHIN POTOMAC STATION,
SECTION 7A
WHEREAS, Goose Creek Communities has requested that the Town vacate a
portion of an existing storm sewer easement on parcel A and lot 6 of Potomac Station,
Section 7A; and
WHEREAS, vacating a portion of the easement on parcel A and lot 6 will have no
adverse affect on the storm drainage in this area; and
WHEREAS, the Town Engineering Department recommends approval of said
vacation.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
SECTION I. That portion of the storm sewer easement labeled "Hatched Area
Hereby Vacated" as shown on the easement plat titled "Plat Showing Storm Drainage
Easements Vacation Potomac Station Section 7A" dated May 22, 2000, and prepared by
Bowman Consulting Group is hereby vacated.
SECTION II. This resolution shall be in effect upon the recordation of the
associated easement plat as referenced above.
