PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION
WHEREAS, Block 164, Lot 3, Assessed to Hammer,
Edward/Julian/Dorothy was assessed twice on the same property
for the 1995 tax year, and .
WHEREAS, the Tax Assessor recommends the assessed value for
Block 164, Lot 3 be cancelled accordingly and removed from
the tax rolls.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, New Jersey,
that the Tax Collector cancel the erroneously assessed 1995
taxes in the amount of $4,878.16 and make the proper
adjustments on the books and records of the Borough of
Carteret.
Adopted this 7th day of September, 1995 and
certified as a true copy of the original on
September 8, 1995.
