RESOLUTION NO.2001 ~q ADOPTED _~
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING REIMBURSEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $110,998.50 TO
RICHMOND AMERICAN HOMES FOR EXPENSES INCURRED IN
OVERSIZING WATERLINES.
WHEREAS, the FY01 Capital Improvements Program includes a project for the Stowers/Stratford
water interconnection; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the Stowers subdivision, Richmond American Homes, constructed
improvements, per approved plans, to comply with this established CIP; and
WHEREAS, the work has been completed, inspected and accepted by the town; and
WHEREAS, funds were appropriated in the FY2001 Budget to fund this reimbursement; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Utilities recommends reimbursement in the amount of $110,998.50 to
Richmond American Homes.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The town manager is hereby authorized to issue a purchase order to Richmond American Homes, in
associated with oversizing waterlines through the Stowers
the amount of $110,998.50, for the cost
subdivision.
