RESOLUTION APPOINTING TERI STICKLER TO THE PLANNING AND
ZONING COMMISSION FOR THE CITY OF RIVERDALE, IOWA
WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority granted to the City Council of the City of Riverdale("City") by
Section 372 of the Code of Iowa, and Chapters 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 of the City Code, the City Council makes
various appointments to its offices and responsibilities annually.
WHEREAS, Kevin Adams has submitted his resignation from the Planning and Zoning Commission due
to his election to the City Council for a term ending December 31,2023; and,
WHEREAS, Teri Stickler is a resident of Riverdale and willing to serve as a member of the Planning and
Zoning Commission; and,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERDALE,
SCOTT COUNTY, IN THE STATE OF IOWA:
Section 1. Approves the Appointment of Teri Stickler to the Planning and Zoning Commission for a term
ending December 31,2023.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall record these appointments in the records of the City and publish them
for the public record.
