Board of Review Meeting and Special Meeting June 20,1962
Meeting called to order at 8 AM. All council members were present. Also present
Willis Kohnen, Assessor, Wayne Johnson and Bob Martin from County supervisiors
office.
J K Heymer registered land survey was discuseed at length. Motion by Herb Arens
to accept Registered Land Survey presented by J K Heymer Corportmon provided that
the Roadway disignatid as tract J be a 60 foot road and deeded to the Village and
subject to restriction on the titles for 15 years that the property owners waive their
right to a public road and provided that the J K Heymer Upporation contribute
$25.00 per acre to the Park fund, as the lots are sold, with the exceptions of
lots D, E and F. Second by Arthur Gertz, motion carried.
Motion by Herb Arens to adjourn, second by Harold Winterhalter, Motion carried.
