RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN INTERIM CITY ADMINISTRATOR
WHEREAS, the City of Riverdale has in recent years employed a part-time City Administrator
Tim Long; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has accepted the resignation of Mr. Tim Long; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been working with Lisa A. Kotter in a consultant role to assist
the City with the 2021 budget; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Kotter has over 25 years' experience in City Management in four communities;
and,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Riverdale, Iowa
appoints Lisa Kotter as the Interim City Administrator at a pay rate of$40.00 an hour.
PASSED, APPROVED,AND ADOPTED THIS 10th day of December, 2019.
