A RESOLUTION: MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE CABLE TELEVISION ADVISORY
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the term of Mayor Webb' s sponsored member on the Cable Television Advisory
Commission will expire on June 30, 2001; and
WHEREAS, Mayor Webb's sponsored member on the Cable Television Advisory Commission
has expressed an interest in being reappointed; and
WHEREAS, Mayor Webb has recommended reappointment of her sponsored member on the
Cable Television Advisory Commission; and
WHEREAS, Council desires to appoint effective individuals to serve at its will and pleasure on
these advisory boards; and
WHEREAS, on July 24, 2000, Council adopted Resolution No. 2000-148 establishing a
procedure concerning appointment of individuals to town boards and commissions.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
Chuck Shotton is reappointed to the Cable Television Advisory Commission for a term to expire
June 30, 2002.
