COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, DECEMBER 19, 2016
CALL TO ORDER
The City Council “Pre-Meeting” of December 19, 2016, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor Carrie Tergin.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Graham, Hussey, Mihalevich, Prather, Schreiber, Ward,
and Wiseman
Absent: Henry,
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Mayor Tergin asked the Council to consider amending the agenda at adoption to allow
recognition of Mr. Don Asbee, the artist who designed the artwork in t he sidewalk in
front of City Hall. The ribbon-cutting ceremony occurred just prior to tonight’s meeting
and Mr. Asbee agreed to stay. Councilman Mihalevich stated he would make a motion
to amend the agenda.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:54 P.M.
