RESOLUTION NO. ADOPTED JULY 24, 2001
A RESOLUTION: RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2000-244 APPROVING
ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE CHANCELLOR STREET
EXTENSION
WHEREAS, on May 8, 2001 Councilmember McDonald made a motion to rescind
resolution No. 2000-244, approving engineering services in the amount of $150,000 for the
Chancellor Street extension and trail connection to the W&OD Trail; and
WHEREAS, on May 8, 2001 a motion was approved to postpone discussion on this
issue until a later date.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia that
Resolution No. 2000-244 is hereby rescinded.
PASSED this 24th day of July 2001.
