AUTHORIZING BIDS FOR SPORTS COMPLEX
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Sports Complex in the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to accept bids for said complex;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to advertise for
bids for a Sports Complex in the Borough of Carteret.
Adopted this 13th day of September, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the original
on September 14, 1995.
