Werkman moved to approve the minutes of the September regular meeting. Eilderts seconded the motion. All ayes, carried.
Hippen moved to approve the Treasurer’s Report for September. Eilderts seconded the motion. All ayes, carried.
Werkman moved to approve the following bills for payment. Hippen seconded the motion. All ayes, carried.

Eilderts moved to approve $300.00 bonus for Angela Koch. Hippen seconded the motion. All ayes, carried.
Greg Winger presented the Fire Department Report.
Hippen moved to approve the sale of the 1985 pumper tanker to Al Muller. Sale price $1000.00. Eilderts seconded the motion. All ayes, carried.
Nathan Vogel presented the Public Works Report.
Wendy Lage presented the Clerk’s Report. Wendy presented information regarding tax rebate, vacating street, and sale of City lot. Pat and JR Kennedy were present for the discussion.
At 7:40 p.m. the Mayor Pro Tem opened the public hearing on the proposed Multi-jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan. Being there were no oral or written objections the Mayor Pro Tem
declared the public hearing closed at 7:41 p.m.
Werkman moved to approve Resolution 10-2017 a resolution adopting a Multi-jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan for Grundy County. Hippen seconded the motion. Roll call of votes.
All ayes, motion carried.
Trick or Treat will be scheduled for October 31st from 5:00 to 7:00.
Eilderts moved to adjourn. Werkman seconded the motion. All ayes, carried.
