A RESOLUTION APPROVING OF THE ALCOHOL LICENSE TO THE BELLA SALA
RECEPTION AND BANQUET FACILITY AT 3232 JASPER AVENUE WITHIN THE CITY
LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA.
Whereas, the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa has reviewed and will determine the
granting.of the Alcohol Permit requested by Bella Sala Reception and Banquet Facility
located with the corporate city limits of Tiffin, Iowa.
Whereas, the City Council has not discovered any reason to deny the granting of the Alcohol
License for Bella Sala Reception and Banquet Facility.
Therefore be it resolved the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa directs the City Clerk to submit for
local authority, approval of license to the State of Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division:
On the 9th day of December 2009, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa.
Councilperson Chris Ball introduced Resolution 2009-50 A RESOLUTION APPROVING
OF THE ALCOHOL LICENSE TO THE BELLA SALA RECEPTION AND BANQUET
FACILITY AT 3232 JASPER AVENUE WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA and
made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Council person Mike Gericke
Ayes: Chris Ball, Jim Bartels, Mike Gericke, Travis Weipert
Nays: None
Absent: Petersen
WHEREUPON, with Four Council members were present and voted for approval,the Mayor
Royce Phillips declared that the Resolution 2009-50 A RESOLUTION APPROVING OF
THE ALCOHOL LICENSE TO THE BELLA SALA RECEPTION AND BANQUET FACILITY
AT 3232 JASPER AVENUE WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA be adopted and.
signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed' by the City Council on the 9t" day of December 2009 and approved by the Mayor on
the 21 st day of December 2009. `"
