ADOPTED
AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE EMPLOYMENT
CONTRACT BETWEEN THE LEESBURG TOWN COUNCIL AND
TOWN MANAGER ROBERT S. NOE, JR.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The Mayor of the Town of Leesburg on behalf of the Leesburg Town Council
is hereby authorized to amend Paragraph No. 4 of the town manager's employment contract to
reflect an annual salary increase of $5,000 effective April 18, 2001.
SECTION 1I. The necessary appropriation of funds is authorized to be made from the
Unappropriated General Fund Balance.
