The next meeting of the committee will be held on Wednesday,
Nov 14, 2007 at 7:00 P.M. in the Council/Aging conference room.
The agenda will be as follow:
1. Elect Chairperson and other officers for the next year.
2. Approve minutes of last meeting and annual town meeting
3. Review mail received since last meeting
4. Discuss the requests received soliciting grants for 2008-9.
5. Select those for in-depth personal interview
6. Approve the requests the committee finds acceptable from those
agencies with long standing relationship with the town and their
request for funds is either no or minimal increase.
7. Adjourn anticipated by 8:30 P.M.
NOTE: Please stop at the Council on Aging and pick up your file.
All grant data will be in place by 3: P.M. Thursday, Nov 8, 2007.
Your review of the data submitted before the meeting on Wed Nov
14 will allow us to proceed on that date with minimal delay. A
summary of agencies and their dollar funding requests are also
included in your file.
