President Jed Cyr called the meeting to order at 5:05 p.m.
Members Present: Betsy Crowder, Jed Cyr, Deane Little, Ken Nitz, Pete Siemens, Mary
Davey, and Nanette Hanko
Members Absent:
Staff Present: Craig Britton, Sue Schectman, Deirdre Dolan, John Escobar, Malcolm

III BOARD BUSINESS
A. Agenda Item I -- Workshop - Non-Discrimination and Sexual Harassment Training for Board of
Directors and Management Staff
Janice Johnson, Attorney at Law, of Whitmore, Johnson& Bolanos, was introduced to the Board.
Ms. Johnson commenced the workshop. The training concluded at 8:13 p.m.
IV ADJOURNMENT- The meeting was adjourned at 8:13 p.m.
