Don Dickinson from Habitat was present. They will be building 4 single family houses on a town owned piece
of property. Seeking approval for the plan as shown. Need a letter of approval to include with DEp package.

This came before the Board before and was denied. Rp asked that the owners be able to keep the existing
system so that they may finish an existing room over the garage. The system is a 199s four bedroom capacity
septic system that passed inspection.
Motion: D1i-retract previous decision and let them go forward with their project. JRseconded. 4 yes.

Michelle Hague explained situation to the hoard. '12pnovating house and keeping the existing 4 bedrooms even
though the application states 3.

8:1o Moran Engineering-variance request for 166 Canoe pond Drive
Dan Croteou. Leaching pit has failed, property needs a new one. 30o foot setback from pond cannot be met.

Board would like to see system as far away as possible and maybe an I/,4 system.

NI told the j3oard that Sherrie McCullough, Assistant Health pirector had received another complaint about
~o Sean Circle. An inspection was done (pictures were handed out). There was talK of this not be a public
health issue (except for the household trash in the trucK).
