RESOLUTION NO. 2001-157 ADOPTED September 25, 2001
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING A STREET RESURFACING PLAN FOR FY2002
WHEREAS, the FY2002 budget appropriated $405,000.00 for street repairs; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Engineering and Public Works has recommended specific
streets to be resurfaced in a memorandum dated September 4, 2001.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
The street resurfacing program outlined in a memorandum to the Town Manager dated
September 4, 2001 in the priority listed, is approved.
PASSED this 25th day of September 2001.
