AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING FROM STATE
CONTRACTORS BY THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
FOR 1995
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret purchased items from authorized
vendors under the State of New Jersey Cooperative Purchasing
Program 1-NJCP; and
WHEREAS, the purchase of goods and services by local contracting
units is authorized by Local Public Contrac%s Law, N.J.S.
40A:11-12 and
WHEREAS, the below listed vendors have been awarded New Jersey
State Contract Numbers, and
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Agent recommends the utilization of
these contractors, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, that the below listed vendors have been
approved for the purchases of goods and services.
