Homeowner told the Board that this is existing space and she just wants to add a wall and bathroom. NI stated that the
room count is 9 which maKes it a 5 bedroom house. Septic is only good for 3 bedrooms.
Motion:JH-grant a variance to put a bathroom and a storage room in basement but not divide the room. No one
seconded. Request was denied.
7:20 Edward Keltie-oil tank variance request for 42 Cedar Hill Road
Motion: JH-grant variance. KJ seconded. 3 Yes.

NI stated that there was nothing to report.
Motion: JH-S'~ needs to pull a permit by next meeting or fines will begin. Same time table for shed. KJ seconded.

7:SO Ryder ~j~jilcox-variance request for 195 Swamp Road
Stephanie Sequin, engineer from Ryder ~Tgilcox and Clayton Honer, homeowner were present. This is an existing home,
that the homeowner wants to add a master bedroom to. The following variances are being requested:
1. 2' foot variance from leaching to wetland
2. 52' variance from leaching to wetland
3. 39' variance from reserve area to wetland
Motion: KJ- approve variance request with ESQ conditions applying. JH Seconded. 3 Yes.

The~jtter's, who are abutters, were present. Mr.~bin, owner of Chillingsworth, could not be present at the meeting.
The ~jtter's voiced their concerns about the dumpster problem.
Motion: JH- asK owner to move dumpster to other side of building and that he have tight fitting lids that meet
state code and when the inspector finds the lids not closed, a fine will be imposed. One month from today to
comply.. KJ seconded. 3 Yes.
Have NI maKe sure they are aware of the complaint that said the employees had bare hand contact with food and the
jioard expects this to be corrected.

This stemmed from an anonymous complaint about an illegal bedroom in the basement. NM stated that the room was
finished in 1997 without any permits.
Motion: JH-allow homeowner to keep existing septic system, but flag this so that when a real estate transfer
happens, the system will have to be upgraded. KJ seconded. 3 Yes.
