A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMPLE CITY AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN AND CITY
CLERK TO ATTEST TO APPROVAL OF AREAWIDE TOPICS
PLAN REPORT AND FEDERAL AID PRIMARY TYPE II SYSTEM
FOR CITY OF TEMPLE CITY, CALIFORNIA
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is authorized to sign and City
Clerk to attest to approval of the areawide TOPICS plan and
Federal -Aid Primary Hype II System for the City of Temple City.
SECTION 2. The Superintendent of Streets is authorized
to act on the City's behalf in submitting and processing the
TOPICS plan and the Type II System in order that the necessary
approvals may be obtained.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 3rd day of February, 1970.
