Discuss proposed Groundwater~,eguldtion Ed Lewis, Selectmen stated to the Board that changes had been made to the regulation and it had been sent to Town Counsel and pE1~ for review. The 3oard of Selectmen is loo~~ing for the 3oard of Health's approval of this proposed bylaw. Motion: JH-support the bylaw for Town Meeting. KJ seconded. 3 Yes. JR no ~. Discuss 1~lanning Board application for 13aYside Seafood Mar~<et NI told the 3oard that she had already responded baci< to the'~lanning Hoard that the facility was oK for ~3 seats inside or out. He questioned what the design flow was for places that have outdoor seating. The ~3oard spoKe about having NI checi< into that and mai<e this one of her FYoB objectives.
