The submitted materials are as follows: DRAWINGS • Cover Sheet Replaces Cover Sheet submitted on 11/12/2019 • C-1: Zoning Analysis, Turning Analysis, Access Replaces C-1 submitted on 11/12/2019 • C-1.1: Truck Turning Radius Plans New Drawing • A-3.0: Floor Plans— Sub Basement & Basement New Drawing • A-3: Floor Plans— Floor 1 & Floor 2 Replaces A-3 submitted on 11/12/2019 • A-4: Floor Plans— Floor 3 & Floor 4 Replaces A-4 submitted on 11/12/2019 • A-5: Floor Plans— Roof Replaces A-5 submitted on 11/12/2019 • A-6: Building Sections Replaces A-6 submitted on 11/12/2019 • A-8: Rendering Replaces A-8 submitted on 11/12/2019 In addition, we wanted to emphasize a number of substantial changes to the original submission: • Height of building reduced from 5 stories to 4 stories • Height of building reduced to 23'-5" [East Elevation] to 42' at Arlington Street [West Elevation], 55' allowed in the zoning district • Relocated nearly 36,918SF into two/three basement levels resulting in visible FAR of approximately 1.05, 2.00 allowed in the zoning district • Shortened the building to 217' and introduced ten (10'x30') green landscape panels on the north and south elevations, 250' allowed in the zoninq district • Increased the east elevation setback to 73' from the lot line, 50' allowed in the zonina. district • Substantially increased the landscaping along Coolidge Hill Road Mr. Steven Magoon February 11, 2020 Page 2 of 2 We look forward to continuing the process with the Planning Board, the Zoning Board of Appeals, the Town and community.
