WHEREAS, The Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the Richmond Sanitary District passed an
annual budget for calendar year 2010 on September 23rd, 2009 and
WHEREAS, it is now necessary to request an additional appropriation for funds that were
unexpended and unencumbered at the end of the previous budget year due to timing of design and
bidding of several lift station projects.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the Richmond
Sanitary District that the additional appropriations are hereby approved for the funds as indicated:
Sewer Utility $300,000.00
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of March 2010.
