AUTHORIZING BIDS FOR UTILITY TRUCK - SEWERAGE
DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, there is a need for a utility truck in the Sewerage Department of the
Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to advertise for bids for said
vehicle; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret do hereby authorize the Purchasing Agent of the Borough of
Carteret to advertise for bids for a utility truck for the Sewerage Department.
Adopted this 21st day of September, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the original
on September 22, 1995.
