RECEIVING THE
REPORT FOR 2001
PRESENTED January 8, 2002
ADOPTED January 8, 2002
PLANNING COMMISSION ANNUAL
WHEREAS, Section 15.2-2221.5 of the Code of Virginia requires that the
Planning Commission make an annual report to the governing body concerning the
operation of the commission and the status of planning within its jurisdiction.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
that the Council hereby receives the Town of Leesburg Planning Commission's Annual
Report for the year of 2001, a copy of which is attached hereto.
PASSED this 8th day of January, 2002.
