Home My Public Portal AboutResolutions-2008=02RESOLUTION 2008=02 APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT FORTHE 2008 WATERMAIN EXTENSION PROJECT, FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, UPON REVIEW OF THE BIDS AND RECOMMENDATION BY THE PROJECT ENGINEER WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Tiffin has received bids for the 2008 `Watermain .Extension Project; and WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin has identified an apparent bidder as having .the lowest, most responsible bid; and WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin desires to expedite the contractual process; now THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tiffin to authorize the' Mayor and City Clerk, to sign all necessary notices, documents, and forms of contract, as required and necessary, to execute a contract with the lowest bidder, as identified and recommended by the Project Engineer.
