THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS
ORDINANCE NO.
/ 90
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO TRUCKS AND OTHER
TYPES OF COMMERCIAL VEHICLES; DESIGNATING
TRUCK ROUTES THROUGH THE CITY FOR THE USE
OF THE SAME; AND AMENDING SECTION 4 OF
ORDINANCE NUMBER 141.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
KANSAS:
Section 1.
Amending Section 4 of Ordinance Number 141
Section 4 of Ordinance Number 141 of the City of Bel Aire,
Kansas is amended to read as follows:
"Section 4. TRUCK ROUTES DESIGNATED.
The following streets and avenues of the Ci ty are hereby
designated as truck routes:
(a) 37th Street North (the North side) from Oliver
Street to Woodlawn.
(b) Oliver Street (the East side) from the North
City Limits to 37th Street North.
(c) Woodlawn from the North City Limits to 37th
Street North."
All other sections of Ordinance Number 141, not previously
amended, shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 2.
Effective Date
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its publication in the official city newspaper.
