Dear Mr. Brown
Enclosed, please find the Continuation Certificate for bond number 301492 pertaining to the
Village of Key Biscayne's Agreement for Collection, Transportation and Disposal of Solid
Waste for the Residential Areas of Key Biscayne, Florida ("Agreement"). The submittal of the
Continuation Certificate for bond number 301492 by Progressive Waste Solutions of FL, Inc. is
in accordance with Section 19 of the Agreement.

CONTINUATION CERTIFICATE
The Ohio Indemnity Company, as Surety, on bond number 301492, in the amount of
Five Hundred Sixty Two Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($562,000.00), on behalf of
Choice Environmental Services Inc., the Principal, in favor of the Village of Key
Biscayne, the Obligee, hereby continues said bond in the amount of Five Hundred Seventy
Seven Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($577,000.00), for the period beginning the 31St day
of March, 2014, and ending on the 31st day of March, 2015, subject to all covenants and
conditions as set forth, in consideration of the premium charged for the attached bond, it is
mutually understood and agreed by the Principal and the Surety that the bond shall be
modified to read as follows:
The above said Principal name changed to Progressive Waste Solutions of FL, Inc.
This Continuation Certificate is executed upon the express condition that the
Company's liability under said bond and this and all Continuation Certificates issued in
connection therewith shall not be cumulative and shall not in any event exceed the sum of
the said bond in force at the time of default.
