A RESOLUTION:

AUTHORIZING USE OF THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS THE LEAGUE OF
WOMEN VOTERS
WHEREAS, the League of Women Voters of Loudoun County has requested use of the
Council Chambers on Wednesday, April 24, 2002 beginning at 7:00 p.m. for a debate between
the candidates for Mayor and the candidates for Town Council.
WHEREAS, similar events have been held in the Council Chamber during past elections.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. Permission to rent the Council Chambers on Wednesday, April 24, 2002
at 7:00 p.m. is hereby granted. It is understood that there shall be no refreshments in the
Chambers and there shall be no charge for this use.
PASSED this 9th day of April 2002.
