PERFORMANCE GUARANTEES AND
MAINTENANCE GUARANTEES FOR PUBLIC
AT POTOMAC CROSSING SECTIONS 2A,
SANITARY SEWER OUTFALL

3B-l, AND THE
WHEREAS, Arcadia Building Company, the developer of Potomac Crossing Sections
2A, 3B-l, and the Sanitary Sewer Outfall has completed the public improvements in accordance
with approved plans and town standards and these have been inspected and approved; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Engineering and Public Works recommends accepting the
public improvements and approving a maintenance guarantee for Potomac Crossing Sections 2A,
3B-l, and the Sanitary Sewer Outfall.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. The corporate surety bonds from The American Insurance Company in the
amount of $100,527.20 for Section 2A; $35,394.00. for SeCtion 3B-l; and $59,600.20 for the
Sanitary Sewer Outfall are released, and new securi'ties in a fo.rm approved by the town attorney
for maintenance guarantees in the amount of $25,139.87 for Section 2A; $7,530.75 for Section
3B-l; and $2,980.01 for the Sanitary Sewer Outfall are approved, and shall be in effect for a
period of one year from this date.
SECTION II. This release is contingent upon delivery of a properly executed instrument
conveying unto the town all such improvements and easements free of any liens or charges.
