APPROVING PAYMENT - JOHN WANSKUS, R.A.
WHEREAS, on April 20, 1995, the Governing Body approved Resolution No. 95-
138 authorizing John Wanskus, R. A. to perform architectural services at a rate not
to exceed 71/2% of the construction cost; and
WHEREAS, John Wanskus has performed services under said contract, said services
having been approved by the Borough Engineer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council approves
payment in the amount of $73,163.82 to John Wanskus, R.A.
Adopted this 21 st day of September, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the original
on September 22, 1995.

principal office at the Borough Hall , 61 Cooke Avenue, Carteret,
New Jersey, 07008, hereinafter the "BOROUGH".
As per Resolution No. 95-303.

according to the terms set forth in the bids and specifications.
