A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING USE OF THE COUNCIl., CHAMBERS BY LOUDOUN
MUSEUM
WHEREAS, the Loudoun Museum has requested use of the Council Chambers on
Sunday, June 23, 2002 beginning at 2:00 p.m. for their annual membership meeting.
WHEREAS, the building space is available on that date and similar events have been
held in the Council Chamber in the past.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. Permission to rent the Council Chambers on Sunday, June 23, 2002 at
2:00 p.m. is hereby granted. It is understood that there shall be no refreshments in the Chambers
and a charge will be assessed for building security.
PASSED this 14th day of May 2002.
