RESOLUTION APPOINTING VINCE JURGENA TO THE BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENTS FOR THE CITY OF RIVERDALE, IOWA
WHEREAS,pursuant to the authority granted to the City Council of the City of Riverdale("City") by
Section 372 of the Code of Iowa,and Chapters 16, 17, 18, 19,20 and 21 of the City Code,the City Council makes
various appointments to its offices and responsibilities annually.
WHEREAS, Sally Stewart is no longer able to be a participating member of the Board of Adjustments for
a term ending December 31, 2023; and,
WHEREAS, Vince Jurgena is a resident of Riverdale and willing to serve as a member of the Board of
Adjustments; and,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERDALE,
SCOTT COUNTY, IN THE STATE OF IOWA:
Section 1. Approves the Appointment of Vince Jurgena to the Board of Adjustments for a term ending
December 31,2023.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall record these appointments in the records of the City.
