RESOLUTION DECLARING MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS AS
SURPLUS EQUIPMENT AND AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Riverdale("City")may dispose of equipment it
deems to be surplus by auction, listed sale or donation to other units of government or not-for-profit
entities; and;
WHEREAS,the City is no longer in need of the following items; and,
Brass Planter with Artificial Plants
APC 250 Computer Battery Back Up
Funai SSC-500 VCR
Fujitsu FI 5220C Scanner
Index Card File Drawer
Index File Box with Lock
Eye Comm 1000 Microfiche Machine
Orchard Projector-Transparency Machine, 2 bulbs and Box of Transparencies
Colortone AV Cart
Smith Corona Electric Typewriter Model 5P
Trilogy Data Transfer Module 2
Canon MP25DV Adding Machine
WHEREAS, it would be most beneficial for the City to sell or dispose of and deposit any
revenues into City funds.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RIVERDALE, SCOTT COUNTY,IN THE STATE OF IOWA:
Section 1. That the City Council declares that the above listed miscellaneous items are deemed
surplus.
Section 2. That City staff is directed to place the item for sale online to the highest bidder on an
online sale.
