TOWN OF BREWSTER MINUTES OF PLANNING BOARD
Work Session
Wednesday, September 12, 2007 5:30 P.M.
Brewster Town Office Building
Chairman Henchy convened the Planning Board work session at 5:30 pm in the Brewster Town
Office Building with members Elizabeth Taylor, Howard Cabezas, Bob Bugle, Amberlyn Tubman and
John McMullen.
The objective of the work session was to discuss and review the revised Ground Water Protection
Bylaw. A lengthy review occurred. It was agreed that the Water Quality Review Committee should
review the bylaw.
In addition, the following schedule was agreed too:
1) Next work session -scheduled for Tuesday, September 18"' at 5:00 pm and
2) If necessary meet again on Wednesday, September 19th at 7:00 pm
3) Place Advertisement for bylaws on September 20th
4) Hold Public Hearing on Tuesday October 9th at 7:00 pm
5) Planning Board to present bylaws to Selectman on September 24tH
Bugle motioned to adjourn. Second by Taylor.
