TOWN OF BREWSTER MINUTES OF PLANNING BOARD
Work Session
Tuesday, September 18, 2007 5:00 P.M.
Brewster Town Office Building
Chairman Henchy convened the Planning Board work session at 5:00 pm in the Brewster Town
Office Building with members Elizabeth Taylor, Amberlyn Tubman and John McMullen.
The objective of the work session was to discuss and review the revised Wind Turbine Bylaw. Jillian
Douglass, Asst. Town Admin., was present and a lengthy review occurred. It was agreed that the rules
and regulations would become a separate document that would be prepared if the Wind Turbine Bylaw
passed at Town Meeting. The Board felt that Legal counsel should review the bylaw again due to the
extensive nature of changes. In addition, the Board felt it was ok to advertise the bylaw in order to hold
a public hearing.
A brief discussion regarding the Water Quality Review Bylaw also occurred.
Tubman motioned to adjourn. Second by Taylor.
