TOWN OF BREWSTER MINUTES OF PLANNING BOARD
Work Session
Wednesday, September 19, 2007 7:00 P.M.
Brewster Town Office Building
Chairman Henchy convened the Planning Board work session at 7:00 pm in the Brewster Town
Office Building with members Elizabeth Taylor, Amberlyn Tubman and John McMullen.
The objective of the work session was to discuss and review the revised Water Quality Review Bylaw.
Jillian Douglass, Asst. Town Admin., was present and a lengthy review occurred. It was determined
that the bylaw should be a Ground Water Protection Bylaw and should be a Town Wide bylaw
recommended by the Planning Board.
It was agreed that all the proposed articles should be sent out to the other departments/committees for
their information and comments.
Tubman motioned to adjourn. Second by Taylor.
