AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF LAND SALE BIDS
RECEIVED SEPTEMBER 13, 1995
WHEREAS, on September 13, 1995 bids were received by the Borough of Carteret
pursuant to a properly advertised land sale in accordance with N.J.SA~40A: 12-13,
on the following properties at the advertised minimum rates which were set pursuant
to a certified appraisal:
Block 83 Lot 10 $40,000.00
Block 136 Lots 30, 31, 32 &33 $108,000.00
Block 136 Lot 34 $26,500.00
Block 176 Lot 30 $40,500.00
Block 218 Lot 7 $1,000.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret does hereby accept the bids received on the aforementioned
properties and authorize the Mayor and Borough Clerk to execute any and all
documents pursuant to the sale of said properties.
Adopted this 21st day of September, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the original
on September 22, 1995.
