A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO SIGN CONTRACT
ADDENDUM NUMBER THREE WITH CAMPBELL & PARIS
ENGINEERS FOR CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES FOR
TERMINAL BUILDING RENOVATION AND EXPANSION IN THE
AMOUNT OF $309,707.21
WHEREAS, on March 12, 2002 The Town Council awarded a contract to
Campbell & Paris Engineers for engineering, architectural and construction management
Services at Leesburg Executive Airport through a competitive bid process in
conformance with Town procurement procedures; and
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $3,669,725.00 were approved in the FY 2002
Capital Improvement Budget for this Terminal Building Project; and
WHEREAS, these Construction Phase Services are thirty-six percent (36%)
funded by State Grant and the remaining sixty-four percent (64%) or $198,212.61 is
funded through bond revenue; and
WHEREAS, the Airport Director and Airport Commission recommend adoption
of this resolution.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by The Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
that The Town Manager is hereby authorized to execute Contract Addendum Number 3
Construction Phase Services with Campbell & Paris Engineers in a form acceptable
to the Town Attorney.
