1. Minutes April 5 AAC Meeting were approved as submitted.
2. Public Comment-There was no public comment at this time
3. Land Acquisition Process & Progress-Scope of Work was
reviewed including the supplemental EA process. As we may
be considering the purchase of land in addition to the 16+ Acres
approved in the EA, we have been requested by FAA to
prepare and submit a supplement to the EA. Kevin Bissell of T-
O is working on this. We cannot begin appraisals or work with
the land owners until this is completed and accepted by FAA.
4. SRE Building Update-The building is slowing approaching
completion but several items need to be finished.
5. Airport Code Review-Dan Scott provided handouts of what the
Ad Hoc committee working on airport zone issues had previously
completed. Michelle Groenevelt provided handouts of the
compilation of her work with the committee in an ordinance format.
After a lengthy discussion, it was decided to hold another meeting on
May 17 to only discuss the Airport Zone issues. Michelle provided an
e-mail contact list of everyone previously on the Ad Hoc committee.
There being no other business the meeting was adjourned at 1:00
