AUTHORIZING SALE OF BLOCK 245 LOT 2
TO FRANK BROWN, INC.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 95-28, the Borough authorizes a private
sale for Block 245 Lot 2 to the adjoining landowner; and
WHEREAS, the fair market value of said property has been appraised at $3,500.00;
and
WHEREAS, the adjoining property owner Frank Brown, Inc. has agreed to pay said
market value plus $275.00, the cost of appraisal.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council authorizes
said sale to Frank Brown, Inc. at a cost of $3,500.00 plus $275.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Borough Clerk is hereby
authorized to execute all documents relevant to the sale.
Adopted this 21st day of September, 1995
and certified as a tree copy of the original
on September 22, 1995.
