HomeMy Public PortalAbout2012.06.07 AAC MinutesCity of McCall Airport Advisory Committee Minutes June 7, 2012 Noon Legion Hall The McCall Airport Advisory Committee meeting of June 7, 2012 began at 12:35 pm with committee members Dan Scott, Mark Thorien, and Rick Fereday in attendance. Michelle Groenevelt, Community Development Director, Kevin Bissell Airport Engineer T-O Engineering, and John Anderson, Airport Manager was also in attendance. 1. Minutes 3 & 17 AAC Meetings- The minutes were reviewed and approved. 2. Public Comment- There was no public comment 3. Airport Code Review-The Airport Regulatory Zone uses was reviewed in length. Technical revisions to the width, length, and ratios for the approach zone were noted. 4. Sewer Connection Discussion- Costs for several of the hangars are anticipated to be very high. Airport Manager will discuss with Public Works director and then the hangar owners. 5. Lease Rate Analysis- The document was noted and discussed briefly. This will be on the agenda for the July 5 AAC meeting. 6. Land Acquisition Process-Supplemental EA is in review by FAA. 7. SRE Building is substantially complete. Paving quotes are being reviewed and a change order will be requested for approval by FAA. 8. The Meeting Adjourned at 1:35 PM
