Van Heiden moved to approve the minutes of the November regular meeting. Meyer seconded the motion. All ayes, carried.
Werkman moved to approve the Treasurer’s Report for November. Hippen seconded the motion. All ayes, carried.

Karen Mennenga presented the Library Report. The library received a 4 Star Library Award. The Wellsburg Public Library is one of seven 4 star libraries in the State of Iowa.
Greg Winger presented the Fire Department report. He presented information regarding a Junior Fire Fighter program. We will check with insurance about liability.
Nathan Vogel presented the Public Works Report.
Hippen moved to approve 2.75% FY 2019 wage increase for Wendy Lage and Nathan Vogel.
The Mayor swore in Mayor Elect Pat Kennedy and Council Members Elect Eric Minteer and Teri Schierer.
Werkman moved to adjourn. Van Heiden seconded the motion. All ayes, carried.
