THIS ADDENDUM, (Number 1 to Contract No. 39-2007) is made and entered into
this 18th _ day of Februar , 20 10 , by and between Richmond, Indiana, a
municipal corporation acting through its Board of Aviation Commissioners (hereinafter
referred to as the "City") and Harris Airport Systems, 4841 Cuba Road, Wilmington, Ohio
45177 (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor").
WHEREAS, City and Contractor entered into Contract No. 39-2007; and
WHEREAS, Contract No. 39-2007 contains an option to renew which the City
wishes to exercise for an additional three (3) years; and
WHEREAS, City wishes to retain Contractor to continue providing services of
monthly maintenance of the Instrument Landing System (ILS) at the Richmond Municipal
Airport, within the scope of Contract No. 39-2007; and
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein
contained, including the above stated recitals, City and Contractor hereby agree as follows:
1. The City and Party executed and entered into Contract No. 39-2007, on April
5th, 2007. Contract No. 39-2007 is attached hereto, marked as Exhibit "A"
and incorporated by reference.
2. Pursuant to Contract No. 39-2007, Section IV Term of Agreement, the City
has an option to renew the Agreement for an additional three (3) years, which
option is exercised pursuant to this Addendum. Contractor indicated its
willingness to extend Contract No. 39-2007 on January 24, 2010, which
agreement is attached hereto, marked as Exhibit "B" and incorporated by
reference.
3. Both parties hereby agree to renew Contract No. 39-2007 with the same terms
and conditions set forth in that Agreement, with the exception that the date of
the term shall be extended to March 31, 2013.
4. Both parties hereby agree that with the exception of the extended dates,
Contract No. 39-2007 shall remain intact and unchanged.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Addendum is executed and approved by the
