A RESOLUTION RELEASING ANY LIEN OR CLOUD UPON TITLE FOR ALL
LOTS, EXCEPT LOT 31, ARISING FROM THE DEVELOPERS AGREEMENT
FOR WOODFIELD RIDGE PART ONE, EXCEPT FOR SIDEWALKS
REQUIREMENTS
WHEREAS,' the City of Tiffin entered into a Subdivider's Agreement for
Woodfield Ridge Part One (Revised June 2007) with Woodfield Ridge, L.L.C., the
Developer, dated June 20, 2007, recorded in Book 4184, Page 265-304, records
of the Recorder of Johnson County, Iowa.
WHEREAS, on behalf of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, City Engineer Mike Hart and
City Attorney Stephen N. Greenleaf have reviewed the Developer's Agreement
and recommend that the Council release the Developer and all lots, except Lot
31, from the terms of the Subdivider's Agreement
WHEREAS, Developer has compiled with the terms of the Subdivider's
Agreement with City except as to sidewalk requirements and except as to the
terms under Section 5 of the Agreement concerning payment to the City for
park equipment. The CITY desires to release all lots from any lien or cloud of
title, except Lot 31, from the terms under Section 5 of the Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa, that
the City releases Woodfield Ridge, L.L.C. from any lien or cloud upon the title
placed arising from the Subdivider's Agreement recorded in Book 4184, Page
265-304, except for Lot 31, Woodfield Ridge Part One, Tiffin, Johnson County,
Iowa.
ON THE 10th day of September 2008, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City

WHEREUPON, the Mayor declared that the RESOLUTION RELEASING ANY
LIEN OR CLOUD UPON TITLE FOR ALL LOTS, EXCEPT LOT 31, ARISING
FROM THE DEVELOPERS AGREEMENT FOR WOODFIELD RIDGE PART
ONE, EXCEPT FOR SIDEWALKS REQUIREMENTS AND OPEN SPACE

REQUIREMENTS, be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing
his signature thereto.
PASSED, by the Council on the 10th day of September 2008, and approved by
the Mayor on the 10th day of September 2008.
