RESOLUTION NO. 2002-162 ADOPTED September 24, 2002
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING A STREET RESURFACING PLAN FOR FY2003
WHEREAS, the FY2003 budget appropriated $453,000.00 for street repairs; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Engineering and Public Works has recommended specific
streets to be resurfaced in a memorandum dated August 22, 2002.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
The street resurfacing program outlined in a memorandum to the Town Manager dated
August 22, 2002 in the priority listed, is approved. A copy of such memorandum is attached
hereto.
PASSED this 24th day of September 2002.
