Call To Order
The Plumbing Board of Review &Examiners met December 13,2016,in the Small Conference
Room of the John G. Christy Municipal Building.The meeting was called to order by Richard
Hunt at 4:10 p.m.A quorum was present.
Approval of Minutes for the September 14,2016 Meeting
A motion was made by Michael Engelbrecht and seconded by David Wright to approve the
minutes of the September 14,2016 meeting.Motion passed unanimously.
Topics to Discuss
a.Review Eligibility of Applicants to take the Journeyman or Master Plumbing Test
•Royce Martin Jr requested approval to take the Masters test.The Board
determined that Mr. Martin needs to wait the 2 year minimum between receiving
his Journeyman License and taking the Master test.
•Sheldon Boessen was approved by the Plumbing Board to take his Journeyman
test.
•Steve W. Ellis, Jr.was approved by the Plumbing Board to take his Journeyman
test.
•Jonathan Crocker was approved by the Plumbing Board to take his Journeyman
test.
Old Business
The 2015 Code Review was discussed.
New Business
• Larry Burkhardt led discussion on restructuring the Plumbing and Electrical Boards.
•Tentative next Board meeting was set for Tuesday,February 21,2017 at 4:00 p.m.
Adjournment
With no further business,the meeting adjourned at 5:20 p.m.
