Please find attached a "Report of Outstanding Tax Bills"on property located at 1119 Park
Avenue. The River City Habitat for Humanity was the purchaser of this property at the
2002 tax sale held by the Cole County Collector for a bid of $900. To abate the amount
owed the city over and above the $900 purchase amount requires City Council approval.
