Please be advised the property located at 1119 Park Avenue,Parcel ID#11 04 17 0001003
036,is in violation of Chapter 21, Section 21-2 of the City Code of Law and has been legally posted.
The weeds, grass, and brush must be cut and removed within five days of June 22, 1999 or
a hearing will be held on July 2, 1999 at 9:00 a.m. at the John G. Christy Municipal Building, 320 E.
McCarty, Planning and Code Enforcement, Room 100 if the violation is not corrected. At the
hearing, abatement may be ordered of the nuisance and abatement costs will be assessed against the
property as a tax lien. A Summons to appear in Municipal Court may be issued in addition to the
abatement procedure.
The Department of Planning and Code Enforcement has been taking a proactive approach on
community sanitation within the neighborhoods of the City. Inspections are conducted to identify
deteriorating conditions within a neighborhood and have those conditions corrected in an effort to
protect the public health, safety, and welfare of the community.
