RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER - HAYWARD
AVENUE WASTEWATER PUMP STATION IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, on May 5, 1994, the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret
approved a contract to Margonis Electric, Inc. in the amount of $525,000.00 for the
Hayward Avenue Wastewater Pump Station Improvements; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has informed the Governing Body that a
modification of the contract is reasonable and necessary; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has further certified that said modification was
unforeseen at the time the original contract was awarded;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the sum of $4,500.00 is hereby
added to the original contract and payment of the modified amount is hereby
approved.
Adopted this 5th day of October, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the original
on October 6, 1995.
